How to make an AI rap video

To make an AI rap video, pick a trend, upload a clear front-facing photo of each person in it, pay once, then post the finished video with the trend sound in TikTok or Reels. You don't film anything or install an app. Usually ready in 7–12 minutes.

Step by step

  1. Pick a trend. Start with the trend you want to post. There are 5: the Hotel Lobby rap duo needs two people, and the others are solo verses that need one. If you're not sure, the rap duo in the orange booth is the one most people are making right now.
  2. Choose the right photo. Use a clear, recent photo of one person per slot, face to the camera and well lit. The photo decides how much the video looks like you, so this step matters more than any other.
  3. Upload it in the right slot. For Hotel Lobby, the left rapper takes the lead verse and the right rapper is the hype man, so put each photo where you want that person. Solo trends have one slot.
  4. Save your spot. Generation opens in small batches. Leave your email and we send your video link as soon as your spot opens; your photos are saved with the request.
  5. Wait for the email. Usually ready in 7–12 minutes. You can close the page; we email you a link when the video is done, and you download it from there.
  6. Post it with the trend sound. Upload the vertical video to TikTok or Reels, tap "Add sound" and pick the trend sound named on that trend's page. Line it up where the page says, usually from 0:00, then post.

Pick your trend

  • Hotel Lobby AI — Two of you trade bars at one hanging mic in the orange booth. Two photos, 16 seconds.
  • Burning Bridges AI — You run the late-night party: cup up, wave, walk up to the lens. One photo, 20 seconds.
  • Check One Check Two AI — You push up to the camera on a night street and spit the bars. One photo, 9 seconds.
  • Fergie Baby AI — Out through the park gate, rapping straight down the path at the camera. One photo, 20 seconds.
  • Bulin 47 AI — The street freestyle at the red door, with you on the verse. One photo, 19 seconds.

The photo that works

  • One person per photo. Crop out anyone else rather than uploading a group shot.
  • Face large in the frame, front-on and looking at the camera. A phone selfie works.
  • Even, bright light on the face. Avoid strong shadows and backlit windows.
  • No sunglasses, masks, hands or hair over the eyes, and no beauty filters.
  • Use a recent photo: face, hair and glasses carry into the video.
  • Only photos of yourself or people who agreed. No celebrities or public figures, and anyone under 18 only with a parent or guardian's OK.

Posting it with the trend sound

  • Post the vertical 9:16 file to TikTok, Reels or Shorts; keep the second copy for YouTube or group chats.
  • Add the sound from the app's own library, not a screen recording, so your post shows up on the trend's sound page.
  • Check where the sound starts. Most trends line up from 0:00, and each trend page says if yours is different.
  • Put the trend name in your caption, like "hotel lobby ai" or "check one check two", so people browsing the trend find you.
  • Tag the friend who's in it. Duo videos get shared most by the second person.
  • Show the person in the video before you post it, and only post if they're happy with it.

FAQ

How do I make a rap video without filming anything?

+

Pick one of the AI rap trends, upload a photo, and you get a finished video of that person in the trend's scene doing its moves. Nothing to film, no editing; you only add the trend sound when you post.

Can I make an AI rap video for free?

+

Not on Rap Video AI. There's no free tier: you pay per video, from $9.99, as a one-time payment. There's no subscription, no watermark, and a failed generation gives the credit back automatically.

Can I make an AI rap video on my phone?

+

Yes. The site works in your phone's browser: upload a photo from your camera roll, pay, and download the MP4 straight to your phone to post. No app needed.

How do I make an AI rap video with a friend?

+

Use the Hotel Lobby rap duo. Upload one photo of each of you, choose who takes the lead verse on the left and who plays hype man on the right, and you get the two of you trading bars in the orange booth.

Can I add my own lyrics or get a song with it?

+

No. Each video follows its trend and arrives silent. You add the trend sound in TikTok or Reels; we don't make songs, vocals or custom lyrics.

Why doesn't my video look like me?

+

Almost always it's the photo: a small, shaded or filtered face, sunglasses, or a group shot. Try again with a close, well-lit, front-facing photo. If something still looks wrong, email support@rapvideoai.net.
